Reminder that the new Sign in/out program will be use for the up coming pay period.

If there is any discrepancy, please make sure your schedule is correct and matches your working hours. If you leave later than you are schedule, your manager will have to approve the extra hours in order to be included in your total hours. 

 If you have any time adjustments, please email your Manager to make the adjustments.            

Cut off dates for doing adjustments:

 1^st – 15^th Payroll – deadline is 17^th  12 noon

16^th – 31^st Payroll – deadline is 2^nd 12 noon

After this deadline, we will export/print the reports to do the payroll. We will NOT be able to know you have change anything after this.

Therefore, if you do find out that after the deadline there is an error, please inform Payroll to adjust it for next pay period.

Remember after the deadline, there will no more adjustments and any changes MUST be email to Payroll department to be adjusted for next pay period.
